manual provides an overview of the quality system in operation at Sanskar Pvt. Industrial
Training Institute and is an essential reference to the method in which the
quality system functions.
This
manual describes the Quality Management System, delineates authorities, inter
relationships and responsibilities of the personnel responsible for performing
within the system. The manual also provides procedures or references for all
activities comprising the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to the
necessary requirements of the standard.
This
manual is used internally to guide the Institute’s employees through the
various requirements of the NCVT, DGET, QCI and NABET standard that must be met
and maintained in order to ensure continuous improvement and provide the
necessary instructions that will help us to meet the national target of skilled
man power not only quantitatively but also qualitatively.
This
manual is used externally to introduce our Quality Management System to our
employees and other external organizations or individuals. The manual is used
to familiarize them with the controls that have been implemented and to assure
them that the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained and
focused on self-assessment and continuous improvement.
In this
way we can prepare competent trained ITI students which are in the line with
international bench mark and will help our country to meet the national target
of skilled man power, not only quantitatively but also qualitatively.
